By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies apply to orders shipped within the United States.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be unworn or unused.

  • Have the original tags attached.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Labels

Our packages do not include pre-printed return labels. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected], and we will provide you with instructions.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] and include the following information:

  • Order number and full name.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation screenshot).

  • Reason for return (acceptable reasons include: damaged goods, incorrect product received).

  • Photos or video of the defective or damaged product (if applicable).

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (typically within 72 hours of receipt). If the return is approved, we will send an email confirmation. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 9 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require an additional 3-5 business days to post the credit to your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at [email protected] if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.

  • You receive the wrong product.

  • There are any other issues with your order.

This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges.

Return Shipping Costs

The following policy applies to return shipping costs:

  • For defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For returns of non-defective products, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable if the customer ordered the wrong product.

Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us. We do not charge restocking fees on returns.

For all returns, you may be required to submit a video or image of the product as received, clearly showing that the product was ordered from us and clearly indicating any issues with the product.

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be issued within 9 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing the order. In this case, we will provide a full refund. Cancellation requests made after this timeframe may be subject to our standard return policy.

Delivery Information

Before placing an order, please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete, including street name and house number. We are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
