Handling time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment. Transit time refers to the time it takes for the carrier to deliver your order after it has shipped.

Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your order’s journey. Please allow 3-5 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

Order Processing Information

After your payment has been processed, your order will enter a queue for 12 hours before being sent to our fulfillment center. During this 12-hour window, you may request changes to your order details (size, color, quantity) or cancel the order by contacting us at [email protected].

Multiple Shipping Addresses

Our fulfillment partners only ship to a single address per order. If you wish to ship to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each address.

Taxes and Customs

All items are manufactured, printed, and shipped from the United States. The price shown on our website is the final price, and you will not be subject to additional taxes. For specific queries regarding customs, please contact our support team at [email protected].

  • Supply an accurate and complete shipping address, including street name and house number.

  • We are not responsible if your order is delivered to an incorrect address or returned to the sender due to address errors provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is accurate.
